IWSEC 2019

A banquet will be held on the floating restaurant (restaurant ship) "VINGT ET UN" that will cruise the Tokyo bay for 2 hours.

We will enjoy a buffet-style dinner and stunning night view of Tokyo Bay, including the illuminated Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, Odaiba area, Tokyo Gate Bridge, and more!

• 19:20 Departure time / Banquet start time
• 21:20 Arrival time / Banquet end time

The cruise ship will depart from Takeshiba pier (Takeshiba Passenger Terminal). We will not provide any transportation support, so please use public transportation.

It will take about 40-50 minutes by train from the conference venue to Takeshiba Passenger Terminal.

First, you should go to Hamamatsucho station. There are two possible routes

Ookayama Sta. - (Tokyu Oimachi Line) -> Oimachi Sta. - (JR Keihin Tohoku Line) -> Hamamatsucho
Ookayama Sta. - (Tokyu Meguro Line) -> Meguro Sta. - (JR Yamanote Line) -> Hamamatsucho

Both routes are about the same time (and the same fare).

Takeshiba Passenger Terminal is 7 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho station. Please check the VINGT ET UN official access map. Once you get there, please enter the Takeshiba Passenger Terminal.

If accompanying persons wish to attend the banquet, please inform the following information to iwsec2019-inquiryiwsec.org by August 19.

• The number of accompanying persons (please indicate the number of adults and children)
• Requests for food (e.g., allergies) if any

Please pay the banquet fee for the accompanying persons at the IWSEC 2019 reception.
