Guide for Participants

How to Join Sessions

  • We use Cisco Webex Meetings for the sessions. You do not have to have a Webex account to join the sessions. You can join the sessions with your web browser. Installing Webex Meetings desktop app is optional.

    You can join the sessions by opening a WebEx link. The link will be sent to participants by email.

    If you do not have a Webex account, Webex will ask for your display name and e-mail address. We ask you to use your name for your professional work as your display name.

During Sessions

  • Your microphone will be muted. During a talk, if you have any questions, you can post it to chat. At the end of the talk, Session Chair will select and ask the presenter to answer to some of the questions in sequence they are posted.

Poster Sessions

  • We use slack for Poster Session. You will be invited to it with some more details.
