The PWS Cup 2022 Committee (hereafter referred to as "the Committee") has established the following privacy policy for this event in addition to the Privacy Policy of the Information Processing Society of Japan (hereafter referred to as "IPSJ"). Personal information collected for this event will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of holding this event.
To organize the PWS Cup 2022, the Committee will collect the event participants' contact information, names, and affiliation information. This information may be published in academic papers or other publications after the event in a form that does not identify specific individuals. The information will not be provided to third parties not involved in this event.
The committee will make every effort to protect personal information appropriately in accordance with the IPSJ Privacy Policy. The information will be deleted as soon as the purpose of this event is completed.
Copyrights to all materials (slides, posters, etc.) presented at the PWS Cup sessions belong to the respective teams. Downloading of materials is prohibited during the poster presentation sessions.
After the event, only materials from teams that have given consent for their release will be made available on the PWS website.
