How to register (advance registration)

Please use the online registration website (in Japanese). Details about the registration procedure, payment methods, payment deadlines, etc. are also provided on that website. We encourage you to peruse them before proceeding with your registration.
Registering first is required to submit a presentation. Once your registration is complete, you can access the submission website.

Registration fee (before Jan. 5, 2024)

⚠ The fees above are inclusive of tax.
⚠ The regular fee also applies to company employees enrolled in a graduate program.
⚠ Even if they registered online before the deadline, participants will be requested to pay the on-site rate if the full payment of their registration fee is not received by Jan. 5, 2024.

We will accept applications in the order they are received and cease accepting applications once the limit is reached.

Night Session

Registration	Attendance only (NOT a presenter): Register for the night session as well when you register for SCIS2024. Making a presentation: In addition to the registration above, please register from the registration form that will be opened from Jan. 17. 【Night session submission form】

We will prepare 300 servings of light meals in the order of applications received. Please note that there is a possibility that some applicants will not receive the light meal when there are many applicants.

Night session is free of charge.

Privacy Policy

We, SCIS2024 Committee and C&ISCS Co., Ltd. whom some operations are entrusted to, established the privacy policy for SCIS2024, in addition to that of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), as follows.

⚠ We collect the attendee’s information within the scope that is required for the operation of SCIS2024 (see below). In addition, the name and affiliation of the presenters and session chairs will be published on the conference website.

Verify identity; provide services regarding each registration; claim fees; notify changes in the conditions, suspension, termination, or cancellation of contract of the services provided.
Provide information on SCIS2024 and its secondary events.
Request and negotiation of session chairs

⚠ When we collect the attendee’s information, we declare its purpose and make attendee to register the information by own will.
⚠SCIS2024 entrusts some operations, such as registration, to Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd. and C&ISCS Co., Ltd. See their privacy policy below.

Cancellation policy
