* Due to various reasons, the start date for participation applications and presentation applications has been postponed to November 20th (Sat). Prior to the presentation application, the dissertation writing guidelines and style file will be published in advance.
* Please prepare the following documents for submission: WEB Abstract: 500 characters or less in Japanese, or 1300 characters or less in English, Abstract: 1 page (A4 size, 1.5MB limit), and Paper: 8 pages or less (A4 size, 1.5MB limit).
* Please submit your manuscript as soon as possible!
The submission deadline is firm, and congestion as the deadline approaches tends to cause slowdowns of the submission server. Submitting your PDF manuscript a week or so in advance is recommended.
