How to register (advance registration)

  1. Please use the online registration website (in Japanese). Details about the registration procedure, payment methods, payment deadlines, etc. are also provided on that website. We encourage you to peruse them before proceeding with your registration.
  2. Registering first is required to submit a presentation. Once your registration is complete, you can access the submission website.

Note 1: This is a limited time offer only if there are seats available after the late(regular) registration deadline. The number of participants must be confirmed in advance because the event will be held as a seated individual meal. On-site applications will be not accepted.
Note 2: The student rate (7,500 yen) for the banquet will end when the number of students who have paid the banquet fee reaches the maximum. Please note that even if you have registered early, if you have not paid the banquet fee, you will not be eligible for the discount. Even in the case of regular registration, if you pay the banquet fee after the late(regular) registration deadline, it will be handled in the same way as described in Note 1.

⚠ The regular fee also applies to company employees enrolled in a graduate program.
⚠ Even if they registered online before the deadline, participants will be requested to pay the non-early bird rate if the full payment of their registration fee is not received by Dec. 22, 2021. 14:59 JST

Procedure for changing the participation venue (On-Site/Online).

◆Send a email the following information to the SCIS2022 Executive Committee.

Please make sure to fill in the form and send us as it will be used as a document for the session operation.
Please fill in the form and send us even if you only want to change the presentation method.
No refunds will be made even if you change to a lower rate category as described below.

◆Privilege of participate

・On-Site to Onlie: You can participate online for 4 days regardless current registration category.
・Online to On-Site: You can change to [On-Site] 4Days category. ( [On-Site] 2Days has end of registration )

・In the case of a change for your reasons ( On-Site to Online )
 - No refund for the difference.
 - No refund for Banquet fee.

・In the case of a change for your reasons ( Onlie to On-Site )
 - You can change your participation category by paying the difference between on-site and online participation.
 - You can participate the banquets by paying the fee if registration is open.
 - Only credit card payment.

・In the case of a full-cancel for your reasons.
 - No refunds all according to the cancellation policy.

・In the case of a conference is changed to online only at the discretion of the exective comittee.
 - We will refund the difference between on-site and online, as well as the banquet fee.

*A change for personal reasons means any change other than a change where the exective comittee has implemented a full online decision and on-site attend is no longer possible.

Privacy Policy

We, SCIS2022 Committee, established the privacy policy, in addition to that of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), as follows.

⚠ We collect the attendee’s information required for the operation of SCIS2022.
⚠ When we collect the attendee’s information, we declare its purpose and make attendee to register the information by own will.
⚠We entrust some operations, such as registration, to Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd. See their privacy policy below.
